Sodexo is seeking an Environmental /Custodial Manager for Sharp Memorial Hospital - a 520 bed hospital in San Diego, CA with over 700,000 sq ft cleanable area. This position will oversee the graveyard (3rd) shift. Ideal candidate will have a proven background in floor care procedures, project planning, and staff training and development in ES related areas, a commitment to customer service, strong organizational and problem solving skills. Requirements |
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial services to clients. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. May report to GM in smaller accounts or to Ops Manager in larger accounts or to another manager level.
