As a Retail Sales Associate, your contribution is crucial to the success of our company. That’s why we offer extensive training and ongoing support that allows you to be the best associate possible. Your responsibilities include:
- Being available for our customers when needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Greeting every customer with enthusiasm and energy
- Serving and selling to customers, sometimes to more than one at a time
- Offering guests cutting-edge solutions in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Your training includes:
- New Employee Orientation will introduce you to RadioShack
- Ongoing training sessions will help you learn more about our products, promotions and incentive contests
- Your Store Manager will help you develop these skills through a self-paced learning program: basic retail selling, customer service, product knowledge and store operations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in some markets.
